• Our price list does not include crating or shipping costs to its final destination. All display fixtures are manufactured at one of our 3 factories. All orders will ship within timelines listed on order confirmations issued by Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A de C.V.

• All our display orders will be shipped via truck to its final destination. We ship our display fixtures anywhere in the USA, Canada, Mexico Caribbean and South America. Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A de C.V will obtain competitive freight charges from various trucking companies before processing your order.  The order will require final approval and signature from the customer before it is officially processed.   
 
• Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A de C.V will manufacture all its display cases and store fixtures according to detailed line and rendered drawings issued to the customer for approval.  Once the order confirmation and drawings have been approved the displays are manufactured to those exact details.   
 
• Our prices and terms listed on the order confirmation are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

• All display orders are inspected, tested and photographed before they are crated and shipped to its final destination.  All our customers will receive photographs of the displays they ordered before it leaves one of our 3 factories.  You can be assured that prior to crating and shipping all displays are carefully inspected and tested.

• After receiving your signed order confirmation and payment all orders are considered final.

• We design, manufacture and ship small, medium and large orders of store fixtures for delivery anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and South America.

• All our retail display store fixtures are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event a defected store fixture was shipped, Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A de C.V will replace the item free of charge. 

• In proper use or damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

• All of our display store fixtures are packaged / crated using durable materials tested over the last 30 years.  Our shipping methods assure delivery of your display cases and store fixtures in perfect conditions.  In the rare invent damage occurred during transport, it is required for you to notify us within 24 hours by e-mail and send photographs of the damage which had occurred. The images will be reviewed by our shipping department and a claim for damaged goods will be filled with the transport company. In the meantime a replacement display will be send to you within 1 week.
